Slovenia is an amazing small country, in the hearth of Europe and stunningly beautiful. Hills and lakes, mountains and waterfalls, vineyards and forests, to say nothing about delicious food and friendly people! Slovenia is the World’s Most Sustainable Country. Nearly 60 percent of Slovenia is covered in lush forests, and more than 40 parks and reserves are home to some 20,000 different plants and animals, with a network of diverse hiking trails. Slovenia has the highest concentration of animal and plant species per square kilometre in the world.

Day 1 – Bled
Meeting in Ljubljana Airport where we’ll pick you up by 11 am, then we drive to our Hotel in Bled (1Hour). We will have evening photo shooting at beautiful Bled lake. Bled is an image of paradise. This tourist gem of global dimensions on the edge of the Triglav National Park was nominated one of the seven new wonders of the world. It is distinguished by a mild, healing climate and thermal springs of lake water.
Day 2 – Bled – Bohinj
We’ll meet sunrise at Bled lake. Then we’ll take a short 20 – 25 minutes hike to enjoy the panorama of the lake from bird’s-eye view. After breakfast we’ll have day shooting in Vintgar Gorge, 1600 m long and till 250 m deep gorge on the eastern part of Triglav National Park, 4 kilometers northwest of the center of Bled. Sunset shooting will take place at beautiful Bohinj lake, the largest permanent lake in Slovenia. It is a glacial lake dammed by a moraine.
Day 3 – Jamnik – Soca Valley
We’ll have sunrise shooting in Jamnik – a beautiful church on the hill. The church sits at 831 meters atop a bare green hill surrounded by forested hillsides and commands panoramic views of the Ljubljana Basin to the south, Kamnik Alps to the east, Karavanke Alps to the north and the Julian Alps to the west. We will spend a day shooting gorges and waterfalls of Soča Valley and then shoot the Virje waterfall at sunset.
Day 4 – Saint Thomas – Ljubljana – Saint Jacob
We’ll shoot Saint Thomas Church at sunrise, the viewpoint offers a iconic Slovenian view and if we are lucky, we will enjoy famous Slovenian fogs there. Then we will go to the capital of Slovenia – beautiful Ljubljana – and do some city photography. Sunset shooting will take place at Saint Jacob’s Church.
Day 5 – Bled – Maribor
We’ll have one more chance to capture the beauty of Bled lake. Then we will move to near Maribor, our second Hotel. after check-in our sunset destination will be in the near, Pernica Lake, important biotope for water birds and one of the stops some of the rare migratory birds.
Day 6 – Spicnik – Maribor
We’ll shoot sunrise at Spicnik, famous heart shaped wine road in Slovenia, scenic view from Spicnik near Maribor. Amazing autumn landscape and vineyard hills. After breakfast we will go to Maribor, the second-largest city in Slovenia and the largest city of the traditional region of Lower Styria. Our sunset destination will be another point in the near of Maribor.
Day 7 – Razgledni Stolp Plac – Ljubljana
Our sunrise destination is Razgledni Stolp Plac, nice place with an incredible panorama view. This tower is about 25 minutes from Maribor, located literally on the border with Austria. It offers outstanding views over the wine area of both countries, with mountains in the distance. After breakfast we leave and arrive at Ljubljana Airport approx. at 2 PM.
